Jason Stephens is a founding partner of Stephens, Anderson & Cummings, LLP located in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Stephens serves as an Adjunct Professor for Advanced Trial Advocacy at Baylor University School of Law and he has served as a Speaker for the State Bar of Texas Advanced Personal Injury Law Course and various seminars sponsored by the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and he serves as a member and board of director for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. As a Fort Worth attorney, Mr. Stephens is the immediate Past-President and a current director of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association.
Jason Stephens is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas; and the Texas Supreme Court.Mr. Stephenshas also served as an Officer in the United States Army Reserves.
Jason Stephens is a native Texan and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Texas Christian University.He then attended law school at Baylor University School of Law where he was selected to serve on the Law Review, Moot Court Society, National Order of Barristers, and the Dean's List.Mr. Stephens was also selected by the faculty to represent the law school at the National Trial Competition sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers where he placed third in the nation. While graduating from law school with cum laude honors, Mr. Stephens simultaneously earned his Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.

Mr. Anderson has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. After college, he passed the CPA exam then went to Baylor University School of Law where he was an editor of the Baylor Law Review and received many awards for his achievements.

Mr. Anderson has represented clients from all over the country and is currently involved in a multi-million dollar lawsuit against a foreign company.
Seth Anderson is dedicated to representing individuals and businesses that have been wronged by others. John received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He is board-certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is admitted to practice in all state courts and federal districts in Texas as well as in the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association, and is a Fellow of both the Texas Bar Foundation and the Tarrant County Bar Foundation. He is a member and director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, a member and past president of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, and a charter member of the Christian Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Academy of Trial Advocacy, and the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court, where he has been an associate, barrister and treasurer. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Austin Graduate School of Theology, formerly known as the Bible Chair at the University of Texas at Austin.

John has tried lawsuits across the state, from the Piney Woods of East Texas to the Gulf Coast to the plains of West Texas, and has represented individuals and families from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina Tennessee and South Dakota. In 2005, he was lead attorney in a wrongful death trucking case tried in McLennan County, Texas that resulted in a record-setting punitive damages award and became one of the Top 100 verdicts in the nation that year as reported by Lawyers Publishing. His work in a construction crane death case in 2006 gained international attention and was reported in influential trade publications as far away as Europe, helping to expose and stop a dangerous trend in the construction crane industry. Some of his most gratifying work has been on behalf of the widows, children and parents of three soldiers in the United States Army who lost their lives due to corporate negligence and indifference.
John is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars and to student and civic groups on a variety of civil justice topics, most notably on trial techniques and advocacy skills. He is married to Kory Belt Cummings, an optometrist, and they have two beautiful daughters, Katherine and Sarah.
