As the first paralegal employed by Stephens, Anderson & Cummings, Tracy Heffner is an invaluable member of the SAC Team. Earning her Paralegal Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1991, Tracy has been a litigation paralegal for 25 years. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and has focused her career primarily on plaintiffs personal injury and trial law.
I have the privilege of working for three of the very best personal injury attorneys in the state, said Tracy, who has been with SAC for 12 years. Being a paralegal is not just my job, it is truly my life-long career. Im proud of the fact that we are making a difference and changing lives for the better, especially in the cases where we have represented children who were victims of sexual abuse.
Tracy's considerate and compassionate nature is an integral part of how she approaches work and life in general. If you've ever met Tracy, you know she has never met a stranger! Our clients know they will always find a caring ear when they speak to her.
Outside of the office, Tracy and her husband, Bobby, can be found beautifying their Burleson home and entertaining friends and family. They love spending time with their children as well as their new puppy, Levi. Tracy is very committed to her Christian Faith and to her family. She has also served as a Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in Burleson.
Tracy is a huge football fan, cheering for the Texas A&M Aggies, Texas Tech Red Raiders and the Dallas Cowboys. Thursday nights find her watching Greys Anatomy and Scandal, and she secretly admits that she loves The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
Tracy is a current member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Fort Worth Paralegal Association, and the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Partner Jason Stephens and Tracy have been working together as a legal team since 2004.
